A stupid survey by Travel & Leisure claims that Miami is the #2 rudest city in America. New York is America’s most unfriendly city, according to the survey conducted Travel & Leisure.
The survey, conducted by Time and Leisure Magazine, has published its 2011 survey of favourite American cities with categories ranging from nightlife and bars to culture, shopping and people.
Miami was named the second rudest city in the US, but to make up for its impolite inhabitants, it can offer partygoers America’s fourth best bar scene and a great New Year’s Eve bash. Miamians are hot, dumb, rude and can’t drive. So says everyone, and so says the latest annual America’s Favorite Cities poll from Travel + Leisure.
Washington DC, Los Angeles and Boston rounded off the top five.
Sin City, Las Vegas, came in at number 12. It didn’t even manage to win the Best Nightlife accolade, with New Orleans pipping it to the post.
America’s dirtiest cities were New York and Baltimore and New York and Las Vegas were named the noisiest.
Both residents and visitors voted in the survey.
